At Elbaka Technologies, I led an end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementation, configuring product bundles, pricing rules, and discount schedules. I connected the Quote-to-Cash process with Salesforce Opportunities, Orders, and Billing, and integrated CPQ with SAP for pricing and order synchronization.
I also develop Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions, including Work Order automation, Dispatcher Console configuration, and communities for Field Service. Earlier, at Katkuri Solutions, I worked on Salesforce Field Service Lightning and admin/development projects, including Apex, data migration, and org configuration.
