At Mirketa Inc, I built a custom CPQ-style quoting solution on standard Quote and QuoteLineItem objects, including a Lightning Web Component Quote Line Editor for configuration, pricing, and bulk line management. Its quote line grouping engine reduced quote line volume by ~80%.
I also built an Excel-driven bulk upload feature and automated multi-stage quote approval notifications. My work at Mirketa Inc has included a GCP-to-Salesforce ticket integration and a Pledge Management System.
At Mirketa Inc, I integrated an external AI model into Service Cloud to surface case insights, suggested responses, and compliance signals. I also architected and published 2nd Generation Managed Packages and own Copado CI/CD pipelines.
In my independent Agentforce accelerator project, I built a customer-facing service agent deployed to an external website and a Salesforce-native Case Insight panel using Prompt Builder. I’m Salesforce Certified as a Platform Developer, Platform Administrator, and JavaScript Developer.
