At Capgemini, I’m working on an early-stage Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation, designing product and pricing architecture. I’ve designed product catalogs, categories, and attribute definitions, and implemented product qualification processes.
I customized Discover Products Flow to display default catalogs based on country and integrated pricing APIs that fetch prices from SAP on Quote Lines. I also contribute to user stories and agile development.
On the Tax & Accounting project, I configured Salesforce CPQ and worked on case management, Omni Channel, Knowledge Articles, and SAP integration. I also developed the order creation process and handled pricing synchronization through IIB middleware.
Earlier, I worked on ERP transformation, CPQ re-launch, CPQ and Billing implementation, and Salesforce QA automation. My work included approval processes, Apex classes and triggers, Flows, quote-to-cash functionality, and automated test suites; I hold Salesforce Platform Developer, Administrator, CPQ Administrator, and Revenue Cloud Consultant certifications.
