What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow as a Strength & Conditioning Coach—building evidence-based training programs, leading athlete development, and pairing performance coaching with mental preparation within a mission-driven sports environment.

I’m a Strength & Conditioning Coach currently serving as a Tactical Strength & Conditioning Coach - Army (May 2025 - Present), where I write and implement workout programs for 1st Brigades and teach classes on programming, bioenergetics, and the 5 qualities of performance training.

I’ve also led in-season and mid-year training group programming as an Assistant Athletic Performance Coach at Arkansas State University, with exposure to 1080 Sprint, Brower Timing Systems, Gymaware, and Catapult, plus mental performance coaching. Earlier, I supported football programs as a Graduate Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach and Strength & Conditioning Intern, including position-specific training, nutritional advisement through body weight monitoring, and post-training nutrition supplementation.
