At Meta Data Systems, I drove the transition of Fabric to a multi-tenant SaaS platform, defining the phased v1-to-v2 migration strategy, API versioning, and database scaling plan with engineering. The work focused on maintaining backwards compatibility while minimizing service disruption.
I also streamlined customer onboarding by designing and integrating system APIs, improving onboarding speed by about 20%. I owned product requirements from discovery and technical specifications through release coordination, while prioritizing the roadmap across modules.
After Xytech acquired Meta Data Systems, I moved into a Customer Solution Architect and Pre-Sales role while continuing to contribute to product strategy and feature prioritization for Fabric. Previously, at LawAdvisor Ventures Ltd., I owned the MVP launch and iteration roadmap, contributing to a fivefold increase in early adopters through phased releases.
