I’m a customer-focused team member with experience greeting customers, taking orders “weather online or not,” calling out orders to the grill operator, and managing high-volume periods with accuracy and speed. At Chick-fil-A, I delivered excellent customer service, processed counter and drive-thru orders, and helped enhance the guest experience by implementing the “my pleasure” philosophy.

Before that, I worked as an Amazon Fulfillment associate, responsible for receiving and putting away inventory, using scanners to read bar codes, following on-screen prompts, and stacking packages on pallets to support timely delivery. I bring a proactive, self-motivated approach, strong communication, and attention to detail, along with hands-on experience in cleaning, sanitation, and food preparation and safety.
