As Assistant Nursing Supervisor, I oversee clinical operations, supervise the WIC program, and provide nursing services. My role includes administrative tasks, community health planning, and assisting nursing staff with patient care. I also manage inventory and perform quality assurance audits.

In the Women's Health Clinic, I coordinate patient follow-ups, manage Colposcopy appointments, and conduct various health visits. I also handle referrals, administer medications, and ensure continuity of care through data management.

As a floor nurse, I provided care for gastroenterology and general surgery patients, including assessments, medication administration, and post-operative care. I collaborated with the healthcare team and educated patients and families on care plans.

Pursued a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) to enhance clinical skills and leadership in nursing. Focused on community health needs and planning special health events.

Completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a focus on clinical and administrative responsibilities in nursing. Gained experience in supervising nursing services and education in a clinical setting.
