At City of Scottsdale Fire Department, I led implementation of the department’s AWS data lake with an external technology partner, bringing disparate data sources together for analytics, reporting, and AI applications. I also fine-tuned Amazon Bedrock models on Fire and EMS data.
I developed predictive ambulance deployment models using Python and SQL across 16 fire stations, improving resource allocation and emergency response coverage by 30%. I also built operational dashboards for resource planning and executive decision-making.
At the department, I automated the federal LEIE audit workflow using Python and Power Automate, reducing manual processing time by 60% while supporting continuous regulatory compliance. I also deployed the department’s first device-location tracking system in 20 years across 300 iPads.
Earlier, at Stoa and Opendoor, I analyzed real estate markets and property valuations to inform pricing decisions. At Stoa, I created SQL-based market analysis and Tableau dashboards; at Opendoor, I completed residential property valuations and validated algorithm-generated valuations.
