I’m a dedicated treasury and operations professional with experience across logistics, sales, procurement, and financial collections. I bring a strong ability to coordinate end-to-end processes while keeping customers and internal stakeholders aligned.
In customer support and logistics, I handled end-to-end client inquiries and resolved shipment issues by coordinating with airlines, shipping lines, and global partners. I also supported import/export documentation, customs requirements, and cargo release procedures to keep cargo moving accurately and on time.
