What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead high-touch event planning and execution, using vendor coordination, operational foresight, and guest-focused service to deliver polished large-scale experiences.

At Alameda County Fairgrounds & Event Center, I manage end-to-end planning for large-scale events of 1,000 to 10,000 guests, including vendor negotiations, budgets, contracts, communications, contingency plans, and on-site operations. I serve as the primary contact for promoters, vendors, and clients across 15+ events exceeding 5,000 attendees.

I bring high-stakes operational experience from veterinary medicine, where I coordinate daily clinical workflows, train new technicians, improve systems, and provide proactive client follow-through. I also supported live music event planning at MADDISON HOUSE through artist research, booking databases, and post-show ticketing and revenue reporting.
