I am a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with extensive experience in both manual and automated testing for web, mobile (iOS/Android), and APIs. My hands-on expertise in automation, test planning, bug tracking, and team leadership has consistently delivered improvements in product quality and operational efficiency. I am passionate about mobile technology and dedicated to building robust testing frameworks that streamline release processes for fast-paced product teams.

In my current role as a Quality Assurance Lead at Reliance Health, I have successfully guided a young QA team to meet business goals while improving and defining the release process for smooth deployments. I designed and maintained a Cypress-based testing framework for web applications and automated key regression and sanity tests for critical functionalities. My collaborative approach with different teams has allowed me to create clear and effective test plans, monitor QA processes using performance metrics, and continuously improve our methodologies.

Previously, as a Senior Software QA Engineer at Airtel Africa Digital Labs, I automated tests for the Smartcash Payment Service Bank, significantly reducing testing time and enhancing defect resolution efficiency. My experience spans various roles, including Software QA Engineer and Junior Test Analyst, where I have consistently contributed to improving software quality and customer satisfaction through effective testing strategies and collaboration.
