Forgiveness Mutanga

I am an economist with practical experience in economic analysis, development finance and monitoring and evaluation. I combine academic training with hands-on work in government, NGOs and tertiary education to deliver evidence-based analysis and actionable recommendations.

I have worked on aid inflows and policy analysis at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, supported M&E for USAID-funded OVC programming, and conducted field enumeration and reporting for care organizations. I bring strong quantitative skills in econometrics and data management to these roles.

As a lecturer at Midlands State University I teach econometrics, microeconomics and macroeconomics, assess dissertations and coordinate program delivery, bringing clear communication and mentoring to students. I have prepared module synopses and contributed to curriculum and assessment activities.

I am proficient with EViews and Stata, MS Office, and experienced in drafting funding drawdown requests, participating in loan and grant negotiations, and producing timely analytical and M&E reports. I focus on quality, timely delivery and continuous improvement in data and policy work.
