Grace Marielle Singson
@gracemariellesingson
I am a pharmacist and health policy analyst specializing in medication management and data-driven policy.
What I'm looking for
I am a pharmacist and health policy professional with a PharmD and an MS in Healthcare Decision Analysis. I combine clinical training with quantitative methods to inform policy and improve medication use.
At the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services I conduct policy research on clinical data exchange, patient privacy, and prescription drug and device innovation, synthesizing clinical, public health, and health services evidence to develop actionable recommendations. I prepare policy briefs and data summaries for agency leadership and build Excel-based tools to track and monitor research and policy initiatives.
In prior roles I authored dosing guidance and AMCP-format drug dossiers, developed global oncology value dossiers, and conducted HTA and literature reviews for CAR-T therapies. I supported formulary decisions through drug monographs, utilization analyses, and clinical decision support development at health systems and payers, and provided patient counseling, immunizations, and prescriber education.
I hold an active Nevada pharmacist license and certifications in BLS and managed care pharmacy. I am seeking opportunities that leverage pharmacy, HEOR, and data analysis to inform policy and improve patient outcomes.
