I am a licensed clinical pharmacist with extensive managed-care experience supporting Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans across multiple national organizations. I have worked in community pharmacy operations and progressed into utilization management, prior authorization, and appeals roles with a focus on evidence-based decisions.

Throughout my career I have finalized clinical prior authorizations, processed appeals, mentored pharmacy students, and collaborated with physicians and medical directors to optimize patient outcomes. I have contributed to formulary reviews and the development of Part B/Drug initiatives to ensure appropriate utilization.

My strengths include clinical evaluation of complex cases, use of compendia and medical literature to support determinations, quality assurance of decisions, and clear communication with patients, providers, and internal stakeholders. I hold active pharmacist licenses in Missouri and Texas and certifications in BLS/CPR and immunization.
