What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a clinical pharmacist role where I can strengthen inpatient medication safety, lead pharmacokinetic and medication-reconciliation work, collaborate closely with physicians and nurses, and keep improving through structured protocols and professional development.

I’m a Pharm.D. trained clinical pharmacist with an M.S. in Global Medicine from USC. From my residency and APPEs onward, I’ve focused on safe, evidence-based medication management—especially where timing, dosing, and coordination truly matter.

During my PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency, I completed 12-month-long acute care inpatient rotations across areas including Antimicrobial Stewardship, Adult Internal Medicine, Neonatal Intensive Care, Emergency Department, Oncology, and Medication Safety. I also completed a residency project—“Documentation Optimization in Capturing Clinical Pharmacist Productivity”—and presented at the Western States Conference.

In my current roles, I verify medication orders for appropriate dosage, drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications before dispensing, and I ensure safe processing and verification of inpatient medications and parenteral admixtures. I work across ICU/Oncology/Internal Medicine/ED shifts, support USP795/USP800 aseptic testing, use EPIC, perform medication reconciliation, and coordinate closely with physicians and nurses—while overseeing technicians/interns to manage workflow. I’m also comfortable with high-alert medication monitoring and protocol-driven pharmacokinetic management (including renal dose adjustments, IV/PO conversions, and therapies like Heparin/Warfarin and TPN).
