What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced healthcare role where I can handle scheduling, patient communication, and accurate documentation. I want to work with a team that values HIPAA compliance, empathy, and measurable performance goals.

I’m a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong verbal and communication skills, dedicated to producing accurate work in fast-paced environments. I’m known for efficiency, professionalism, and my ability to multitask while keeping patients at the center of every interaction.

Since 2025, I’ve worked as a Desk Operation Specialist/Scheduler at Mayo Clinic, managing high volumes of patient appointments across multiple departments. I navigate Epic for scheduling, registration, and patient information management, while verifying insurance, demographic, and appointment information with a high degree of accuracy.

I also bring experience in HIPAA-compliant documentation and recordkeeping, maintaining accurate authorization statuses and patient information.
