What I'm looking for

Looking for a role that embraces continuous improvement and regenerative practices in crop production through data analysis and innovation. I thrive in diverse, respectful environments where collective learning and collaboration drive sustainable results.

At Bayer, I developed digital applications for managing crop health and nutrition indicators and implemented digital tools and Six Sigma methods in field processes. I supported three maize seed production sites in Mexico and helped deliver savings of 9 MMXN through continuous improvement projects.

I also developed a management protocol for Dalbulus maidis in seed production, avoiding losses from Corn stunt disease dissemination in the last two production campaigns.

As an independent consultant, I advised berry and avocado producers on reducing inputs and improving productivity, and developed a pilot broccoli project using minimum tillage and regenerative agriculture practices.

At Bluedrop Berries SAPI de CV, I developed field-data protocols to support agronomists’ decisions on hydroponic blueberry production. At CIMMYT, I coordinated the MasAgro Guanajuato project, managing a team across 40 municipalities and overseeing research, training, data analysis, and public-private partnerships.
