What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build practical AI, automation, payments, or cloud systems where messy operational data can become reliable workflows, early-warning signals, and durable fixes for recurring problems.

I've spent seven years at NCR Voyix across three roles, resolving processor-side payment escalations and building ML classifiers that reduced triage and alert-to-action time by roughly 75%.

Alongside NCR, I build n8n and Python automations for high-volume support operations, including payment-provider integrations, dispute workflows, OCR pipelines, and Langfuse-based LLM evaluation.

At Wasabi Technologies, I built S3 monitoring, alerting, bucket health checks, and IAM-focused automation to detect configuration drift and capacity risks before customers were affected.

I approach failures as signals from a system: read the behavior accurately, then engineer away the whole class of problem.
