What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level or trainee US recruiting role with on-the-job training in sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, ATS tools, US staffing processes, and compliance. I'm open to remote or in-office work and flexible with US client time zones.

I'm pursuing a BBA and preparing to contribute to entry-level US recruiting through candidate engagement, client communication, and coordinated pipeline support.

Through BBA group projects and presentations, I've coordinated team members, delegated tasks, and worked to meet deadlines. Business communication coursework and case studies have strengthened my client-facing communication and relationship-building.

I bring professional working English, native Hindi, and conversational Korean, helping me engage with diverse candidate pools. I also use Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, data organization, presentations, and candidate-pipeline support.

I'm eager to learn sourcing platforms including Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn, along with ATS tools and US staffing processes. I'm open to trainee recruiter opportunities, remote or in-office work, and flexible US client time zones.
