I’m looking for a role where I can blend customer-focused banking operations with my tourism education and research drive—using strong communication, accurate documentation, and structured analytics to support teams, improve service quality, and grow professionally.

I’m an MBA graduate in Tourism and Travel Management (Central University of Kerala) with UGC NET qualification and readiness for PhD admission. I bring a strong tourism education mindset, and I’m driven to connect real industry insights with what I teach and research.

In my 3 years of experience in banking and customer relationship management as an Office Assistant, I managed 100+ customer accounts, resolved queries, and maintained audit-ready records with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
