At Varka, I build AI agents and automations for companies and put them into production. I run each client engagement from process mapping through go-live, and built an n8n automation for the Mercosur Global Chamber of Commerce that prepares social posts for six brands.

I built Sofía, a WhatsApp agent that answers inquiries, handles voice notes and books appointments using a real Cal.com calendar. In testing, booking improved from 1 in 4 to 10 in 10, and the cost per interaction fell from US$0.10 to US$0.006.

Before Varka, I ran small and medium businesses for 13 years. At Distribuidora LEVI, I implemented Odoo end to end, migrated the data and trained the team; I also built a sales app that replaced paper orders and helped cut delivery time from 48 to 24 hours.
