I built Velia, a multi-tenant WhatsApp AI SaaS for SMBs, handling text, audio, and image messages with Whisper transcription, vision-enabled responses, and conversational memory.

I own Velia’s production stack end to end: self-hosted n8n workflows, Supabase and PostgreSQL with row-level security, Evolution API integrations, and Next.js dashboards on Vercel. I’ve solved reliability and security challenges including message deduplication, retries, rate-limit management, prompt-injection defense, tenant validation, and credential management.

Before building AI systems, I ran customer service, e-commerce, logistics, and a seven-person operations team. That hands-on operator background helps me turn high-volume business problems into practical automation architecture.
