What I'm looking for

I'm looking to develop in a remote or in-person role in assistance, operations, customer service, or IT support. I'm available for full-time remote work and international teams.

At Puntocom Internet, I installed and configured internet services and network equipment, including routers and wireless links. I also diagnosed connectivity issues and supported users by explaining solutions.

In the field, I handled technical tasks independently, prioritized incidents, and completed on-site troubleshooting. My work also included setting up antennas, terminating RJ45 connectors, and cabling.

As a Technical / Operational Assistant at Aberturas, I handled maintenance and operational tasks and responded to customer requests. I completed a higher-level Programming course and am seeking remote or in-person opportunities in assistance, operations, customer service, or IT support.
