I'm currently managing PF, ESIC, and EPFO compliance and filings for client accounts at Krishna Consultancy. I maintain attendance, salary, advance, and bank sheets for 5–6 contractor accounts while supporting labour licence renewals and employee documentation.

My work connects day-to-day HR operations with labour-law compliance, including onboarding documentation, compliance verification, payroll concepts, and statutory record maintenance.

Previously, I supported labour-law matters at Total HR and Garcia Law Chambers. I drafted notices, agreements, pleadings, and case documentation; researched employment regulations; and assisted with domestic enquiries, case preparation, and cross-examination questions.

I'm pursuing an MBA in Human Resources alongside my LLB foundation, bringing legal documentation and industrial-dispute exposure into practical HR compliance work.
