What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build reliable cohort and clinical analytics—using OMOP CDM harmonisation, biostatistics, and privacy-by-design AI—while shipping clear dashboards and reproducible pipelines that drive real health research decisions.

I’m a Health Data Analyst with 2.5 years of experience working across multi-site clinical and population health data for India’s largest population-scale genomics study (17,000+ subjects, 13 sites). I design and maintain automated ETL pipelines in R to harmonise heterogeneous sources, resolve cross-site inconsistencies, and enforce data validation so my analyses start with analysis-ready integrity.

I combine biostatistics and cohort analytics with production-focused delivery—building an R Shiny phenotypic visualization dashboard that’s currently available publicly for the GenomeIndia project. I’ve contributed as a co-author on population-scale studies in Nature Genetics, and I’m currently implementing OMOP CDM pipelines with LOINC/SNOMED vocabulary mapping for cardiometabolic risk stratification on NHANES data, with privacy-by-design analytics in my AI/NLP work.
