At KBC Bulgaria, I conduct end-to-end AML investigations into potentially suspicious customer activity, analysing customer profiles, transactions, business relationships, and financial crime indicators.

I perform CDD and EDD reviews covering source of funds, ownership structures, beneficial ownership, and supporting documentation. I build risk-based customer profiles, recommend escalation or case closure, and prepare comprehensive investigation reports and SAR documentation.

I apply AML regulations, internal policies, and regulatory requirements while meeting investigation deadlines and quality standards. I also present investigation outcomes for quality review with a focus on consistency, accuracy, and sound judgement.

Previously, I supported customers at Sitel Bulgaria through telephone and email, resolving complex enquiries in a fast-paced environment. That experience strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
