What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Principal, Staff, or Lead Product Designer role (or entry-level Design Manager) with global or remote teams. I want to mentor, lead initiatives, work on AI-powered products, and contribute to strategic design in impactful B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software.

Hi, I'm Gladston, a Product Designer with 8+ years in B2B SaaS (fintech, healthcare, IoT, and more) domain.

Most recently, I was a Group Product Designer at Bazaarvoice, where I led the end-to-end design of AI-powered and data-driven experiences for the Vibe platform. I partnered closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to transform complex workflows into intuitive products used by global brands. I also contributed to our design system, mentored designers, and drove design quality across multiple initiatives.

What excites me most today is the opportunity to build AI-first products. I've been actively exploring tools like Figma Make, Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI-assisted workflows to rapidly prototype, validate ideas, and collaborate more effectively with engineering.

I enjoy working in fast-moving environments where I can combine strategic thinking, hands-on design, and emerging AI technologies to create products that users genuinely love. I'm excited about the opportunity to bring that mindset and experience to your team. Thank you.
