I’m a dedicated, versatile Computer Science undergraduate with a strong foundation in both networking and software development. I focus on bridging the gap between hardware and software by delivering integrated, efficient solutions.

At Easyfi Networks as a Technician Support, I installed and maintained wireless and fibre internet connections for residential and commercial clients. I also diagnosed and resolved network issues, including router configurations and signal strength optimization, while assisting in setting up network infrastructure such as switches, routers, and access points.

Earlier, I supported my learning during an Easyfi Networks internship in the Technical Department. I shadowed senior technicians on fibre optic installations, learned how to handle fibre splicing tools, and assisted in configuring basic network devices while troubleshooting connectivity issues.

I’m keen on using technology to solve real-world problems and contributing to innovative, growth-driven environments. I’ve built practical capability through areas like customer service, technical support, and system troubleshooting, with a CCNA: Introduction to Networks certification and programming familiarity in Python, Java, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
