What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead customer-facing wireless core/IMS and network visibility solutions, combining service assurance, KPI/root-cause analysis, and cloud-aware deployments (Kubernetes, Azure/private cloud) to drive measurable improvements with strong collaboration across R&D and product.

I’m a wireless core and service assurance solution architect with 17+ years of experience across vendor and operator environments, shaping end-to-end solutions for 4G/5G Core, IMS, and 5G SA signaling visibility. I’m hands-on with passive monitoring, traffic acquisition, packet visibility methods, and troubleshooting in complex telecom networks.

In my current role as Solution Manager, I lead solution definition, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for wireless core and network visibility offerings deployed in private cloud, Microsoft AON, and Azure. I translate operator requirements into capabilities, epics, and backlog priorities, and I use day-to-day technical authority to manage escalations and drive issue resolution with Tier 1 accounts.

I’ve supported customer-facing solution delivery and performance improvement for operators including AT&T, and I’ve contributed to successful RFI/RFP outcomes, including an AT&T RFP win. Earlier, I served as a Technical Authority and Core Network Performance Supervisor, owning KPI, signaling, and root-cause analysis while delivering audits, optimization, and training for engineering teams.
