At Bradesco, I drive product alignment and end-to-end user experiences for correspondent banking solutions in a heavily regulated environment. I work with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Compliance Officers on requirements, user flows, and accessibility-compliant communication.

Previously at Afya, I led discovery, user-flow definition, and content operations across B2B and B2C healthtech products, supporting more than 12 designers and multiple squads. My work contributed R$2M in revenue through conversion optimization and commercial-funnel messaging, while improving NPS from 82 to 86.

I build scalable systems through content governance, taxonomy, component reuse, approval pipelines, and production workflows. I also designed conversational product flows that supported 10,000+ concurrent users during peak campaigns.

I bring a background in Information Science and Project and Process Management, with hands-on experience defining OKRs and KPIs, managing product lifecycles, and applying AI agents, generative AI, and prompt engineering to workflow automation.
