As Chief Technology Officer (Product & Delivery Leadership) at DENTOS, I owned a national SaaS platform and delivered 15+ product modules that evolved with user needs and business priorities. I analyzed clinic workflows and redesigned processes through automation, reducing administrative work 6× and saving ~85% time per patient for doctors. I also scaled the platform to 360+ clinics, driving ~80–100% annual growth with ~7–10% churn, while bridging clinic owners and government systems with engineering teams via requirements definition, data mapping, and API integration for national e-health systems (EHR, e-prescriptions).
