I'm looking for hands-on work on live, real-time interactive systems — bridging embedded hardware, sensor/actuator control, and computer vision. I enjoy diagnosing hardware failures, building and integrating physical systems, and owning reliability in high-availability production environments. Open to both individual-contributor and leadership roles, depending on the team's need.

I'm an R&D leader and hands-on systems engineer specializing in the convergence of electromechanical hardware, embedded control systems, and real-time game infrastructure. I currently lead the Games Development & Innovation function at Cloud Streaming Technology, directing a five-person cross-functional R&D team through full-cycle execution — from mechanical concept and rapid 3D-printed prototyping to ESP32/Arduino control layers and AI computer-vision integration — through live studio deployment.

While I've led R&D teams, I'm equally comfortable in focused individual-contributor roles — hands-on hardware diagnosis, embedded systems work, technical support, and integration — where I can go deep on a single system rather than manage people. Open to both leadership and IC roles.

Earlier in my career I spent nearly 5 years as a Casino Equipment Technical Specialist at Evolution, managing electromechanical maintenance and fault diagnosis for automated card-counting machines in a 24/7 studio operation, and a year in direct technical support handling hardware diagnostics and incident escalation.

My core technical strengths: embedded systems (ESP32, Arduino, sensor/relay/actuator control, hardware debounce logic), real-time backend architecture (Node.js, PostgreSQL, Socket.IO), rapid prototyping and design-for-manufacture, and root-cause failure analysis on physical systems running under 24/7 production load.
