I’m a technical recruiter who loves turning requirements into results—using structured sourcing and strong screening to connect great candidates with the right opportunities. I build applicant portfolios, write technical job descriptions, and support hiring managers from pre-screening through interview coordination.

In my recruitment work, I’ve used Boolean searches, conducted phone interviews to assess knowledge and aptitudes, and handled interviews with different methods. I also focused on relationship-building with internal and external candidates to ensure an excellent hiring experience.

Before recruitment, I developed a foundation in education services as an admission counselor trainee at UpGrad, where I learned new materials and processes quickly. I bring that same quick-learning mindset, communication strength, and training/mentoring capability into every role—always aiming for growth, responsibility, and measurable impact.
