My research experience spans across various disciplines, including bacteriology, mycology, soil microbial ecology, entomology, molecular biology, and genetic and animal diseases research. I have worked on several projects, including analyzing soil microbiomes to identify microbial biomarkers that cause soil-borne diseases in potatoes and identifying soil microbes, bacteria, and fungi.
I possess a strong background in molecular biology, multivariate statistics, and bioinformatics, with expertise in DNA isolation, sequencing, and analysis. I am proficient in R programming and have experience with data visualization, ordination methods, and population genetic analysis.
