I’m a B.Sc. in Information Communication Technology and a CompTIA Networking+ (N+) certified professional who enjoys turning technical details into smooth, reliable client outcomes. I’m customer-focused, analytical, and motivated by continuous improvement.

As a Business Analyst at Union Systems Limited, I provide first-level application support, collaborate with internal teams for reliable delivery, and act as a liaison between technical teams and clients. I support enterprise document operations using ECM tools like LogicalDOC and DataStoreDSX—handling indexing, storage, retrieval, security, and user access controls.

I’ve delivered practical wins through bulk document importation, configured metadata and search templates to improve retrieval efficiency, and built document workflows and approval processes to increase operational efficiency. I also support system validation/testing in production environments, maintain system auditing and usage reports, and run training sessions on system features for team adoption.

Before that, I strengthened my customer and communication skills through sales support and leadership as a Sales Supervisor, and honed creative technical execution as a Graphics Designer using Adobe Creative Suite. That blend of client focus, problem-solving, and hands-on systems work shapes how I approach every engagement.
