What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level finance/investment role where I can own due diligence, build investment theses from qualitative and quantitative research, and keep improving analytics and reporting—so teams can fund the right opportunities.

I’m an Investment Associate who brings rigor to early-stage decision-making. I analyze business models, financial metrics, and risks to conduct due diligence on pre-seed startups, and I synthesize research into clear pitch outputs for funding discussions.

Previously as a Credit Control Analyst Intern, I supported audit-ready reporting through client and revenue reconciliations aligned with accounting principles. I also built a Power BI pilot that reduced the reconciliation cycle time by 35%, strengthening internal controls and cash flow analysis.

I’m trained in finance through a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Alberta, where I earned a GPA of 3.7/4. I’m also preparing for the CFA Level 1 Exam (March 2026), which reinforces my focus on disciplined financial thinking.

Outside work, I’ve led grant efforts as AIESEC Grants Director, networking with catering suppliers and identifying 10+ grant applications that enabled a 10% increase in international student exchange opportunities. I also deliver strong performance in case competitions—placing first in a sustainability analytics challenge through data visualization and process optimization.
