At Anges Québec, I screen pre-seed and seed startups and present opportunities to the investment committee and angel investors. I manage the investment process from sourcing and founder calls through due diligence, term sheet negotiation, closing, and follow-on financing.
I founded IQODA Inc., a student services platform serving thousands of students in Québec. I grew it through acquisitions and developed student services incorporating AI.
At National Bank, I renewed and originated cross-sector loans and built financial models to underwrite financing for private and public companies, including M&A transactions. I also performed credit analysis and developed financing scenarios.
My experience includes credit analysis at Desjardins and treasury work at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, where I improved dashboards and supported financing for internal teams. I studied finance at HEC Montréal and completed Harvard Business School Executive Education in Private Equity and Venture Capital.
