Looking for a job

Gianni Morselli

@gianni

Mechanical designer with passion for innovation and AI automated processes, technical documentation.

What I'm looking for

I’m looking for opportunities across Ticino where I can apply my mechanical design experience and focus on technical process digitalization.

At Tetra Pak, I designed mechanical subassemblies for aseptic filling machines, including the TBA/19, TBA/21, TBA/22, A3/Flex, and A3/Speed. I developed solutions from concept through production release and coordinated prototyping with external suppliers.

I also wrote test specifications, carried out functional verification, and released technical documentation and SAP BOMs. My work included participating in 3-A audits and validations, and I hold several international patents.

At Erigon Technologies AG, I transformed technical documentation from a manual process into an automated docs-as-code system. I designed and implemented a Python and AI pipeline to synchronize documentation with source code, reducing manual effort by 50%.
