What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role building regulated AI-driven healthcare products with cross-functional teams, impact-focused culture, and opportunities for clinical validation and market scale.

I am a physicist-turned-entrepreneur with 3+ years applying AI to digital health, medical devices, and startup growth, serving as Co-Founder & CTO of Paperbox Health. I lead product development, regulatory strategy (MDR/CE/GDPR), and go-to-market execution while raising venture and grant financing.

I designed and delivered DINO, an AI-powered early childhood neurodevelopment platform (TRL 0→7 in under three years), reached thousands of early users, and established partnerships with universities, healthcare providers, and patient associations. I have represented the company at 25+ international conferences and contributed to academic publications and a patent in fetal brain volumetry.

I combine technical fluency in AI and software engineering with agile product leadership, market access experience, and teaching/advisory roles to translate clinical needs into regulated, scalable health products.
