I’m seeking to transfer my operational leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination skills into broader business operations, project coordination, or implementation roles. I’m open to remote and hybrid opportunities and willing to travel to company offices or headquarters.

At UE Line INC, I manage and dispatch a dedicated fleet of up to 10 trucks, serving as the main operational contact for drivers across the United States. I source and book loads, monitor hours of service and DOT/FMCSA compliance, and resolve issues such as delays and breakdowns.

At Nova Lines INC, I managed a team of up to 15 dispatch coordinators overseeing approximately 80 drivers. I monitored KPIs, supported staff training and performance improvement, and handled operational escalations.
