In my recent role as a Taxi dispatcher, I monitored vehicle availability and positions using GPS systems to improve order fulfillment. I coordinated and assigned taxi orders to available drivers for prompt, efficient service, and I quickly resolved customer issues and complaints to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

Most recently, I worked as a Project coordinator, planning and organizing project resources to ensure deadlines and budget goals were met. I coordinated multidisciplinary teams, facilitated communication between project members to improve efficiency, and collected and analyzed project performance data to support strategic decisions—often working under pressure while balancing multitasking responsibilities.
