Experienced behavioral health professional passionate about trauma-informed care and recovery!
What I'm looking for
I am an experienced behavioral health professional with over 2 years in clinical coordination and more than 5 years in direct care, team leadership, and advocacy roles. My expertise lies in managing assertive care teams and supporting justice-involved individuals through data-driven strategies for engagement and recovery. I am deeply passionate about operations leadership and clinical program development, particularly in empowering survivors of domestic violence and sex trafficking through trauma-informed care.
In my role as a FACT Clinical Care Coordinator at Community Bridges, Inc., I managed a team of specialists providing assertive care to high-acuity SMI members, ensuring fidelity to care models and driving program improvements through strategic planning. My previous experiences as an ACT Specialist and Case Manager have equipped me with the skills to deliver comprehensive support and advocacy for individuals navigating complex systems. I also founded the Women’s Advocacy Group of Arizona, where I created a community-based organization dedicated to supporting women survivors, showcasing my commitment to social justice and community empowerment.
