What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a corporate travel role where I can manage passengers’ end-to-end itineraries in GDS, apply fare rules and pricing to secure the best deals, and deliver top customer experience aligned with company travel policies.

I’m a passionate Travel Counselor focused on customer experience, service excellence, and using technology to resolve travel issues. I’ve been working in the travel industry for more than 6 years, and I take pride in delivering the best experience and memory for every travel arrangement.

In my current role at American Express Global Business Travel, I assist passengers to book and manage their corporate travel plans according to their company policies. I explain fare rules to passengers, mainly through Amadeus GDS, and support their travel needs including ground transportation, hotel stay, and flights flexibility.

I also bring strong airfare pricing and optimization experience, including “GDS - Airfare Pricing Expert - Business Class Consolidator.” I search and implement strategies to get the best deal possible for passenger needs, while managing multiple booking systems and requests.

I’m comfortable delivering concierge-style support during customers’ stay and handling end-to-end itinerary planning. My background also includes airline and resort timeshare customer service and sales, so I blend booking expertise with a service-minded, sales-aware approach.
