I’m an executive finance leader with 20 years of experience in the mining sector, serving as CFO and Corporate Secretary. I manage Finance, Accounting, Audit, Cost, FP&A, Administration, Budgeting, and IT—aligning day-to-day execution with board-level decisions.

I’ve been a key participant in the IPO process in Canada, preparing and reporting consolidated financial statements in English for the Canadian stock exchange. I serve as a main financial spokesperson for senior management and majority shareholders, actively supporting management, board, and shareholder meetings.

I build strong controls and performance discipline, implementing internal controls, strategic planning, and budgeting processes that drive continuous improvement. I’ve delivered measurable results such as cost control with historical budget vs. actual variance under 5% since commercial operations began, while also leading ERP implementations (Totvs Protheus, Benner, Primavera), hedging policy execution, financing/debt restructuring, and process automation across departments.
