What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create clear, scalable customer knowledge systems for complex technical products, combining documentation, analytics, structured content, and engaging education workflows.

I'm designing customer-facing knowledge systems for Cognyte's investigative analytics products, including product descriptions, system descriptions, user manuals, release notes, and AI-generated customer education workflows.

Previously at GlobalFoundries, I built Power BI dashboards to track documentation effectiveness and departmental KPIs, analyzed customer search behavior to uncover content gaps, converted content to DITA, and created text and video guides. As a consultant supporting Vestas through ENABL, I prepared and reviewed operation, repair, and maintenance documentation for wind turbines.

My earlier work spans mobile technology writing at PhoneArena and road design, CAD, quantity takeoff, and mobile LIDAR data extraction in civil engineering.
