What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in banking and financial services where I can support customers, manage accurate branch operations, develop my banking knowledge, and take on greater responsibility in a fast-paced team.

I'm currently an Executive Trainee at Access Bank Ghana Plc, building on frontline banking experience supporting account inquiries, account opening, account updates, ATM card issuance, cheque book issuance, and referrals to banking services.

Previously, I supported GCB Bank Limited as a National Service Personnel, processing 70+ customer transactions daily, handling cash deposits, withdrawals, payments, discrepancies, vault balancing, account-opening documentation, loans, trade finance, international payments, and cheque clearing.

My Economics and Sociology background from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology supports my interest in banking operations, customer service, and financial services. I'm fluent in English and Akan and use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and STATA for analysis and administrative work.
