What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build interoperable data and knowledge systems, especially for biomedical, neuroscience, and research-infrastructure use cases, where metadata, knowledge graphs, and practical tooling improve discovery and integration.

I'm building metadata models and supportive tooling for the openMINDS framework at EBRAINS AISBL, helping improve the quality, interoperability, transfer, and integration of data and knowledge resources.

Previously at RISE, I developed ETL pipelines and applied geospatial reasoning and sensor fusion to logistics, smart-home, and chemical data, including work for AstraZeneca. I also delivered client-tailored consultancy, proposals, contracts, project management, and AI business-development workshops.

At WIMMICS, I worked on Covid On The Web, linking entities in the CORD-19 dataset, translating data to RDF, designing SPARQL queries for biomedical questions, and developing the SameLive algorithm for resource interlinking.

My PhD focused on extending patient records with knowledge graphs to predict hospitalization. Across semantic web, machine learning, and biomedical data work, I build practical data representations and reasoning systems that make complex information more findable and usable.
