I’m an MBA (HR) fresher with a strong focus on recruitment work, combining structured sourcing and screening with dependable coordination. I’m a quick learner who adapts well in fast-paced, team-driven environments.

In my current role as an IT Recruiter at HighNoon Consulting, I source and screen IT profiles using Boolean search across portals like Naukri and Foundit. I process and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements, and I successfully shortlisted 9 qualified candidates within my first month.

Previously, as a Fashion Consultant at Theory of Everything, I delivered personalized styling and product recommendations. I also managed CRM activities, handled customer follow-ups, and supported visual merchandising and in-store service.

Academically, I’m pursuing my MBA (HR) at Osmania University and completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. My coursework and projects include Human Resource Management, Market segmentation, Consumer rights n redressal forums, and Employee and Employer Relationship, which strengthens how I communicate and organize work.
