I use Postman, SQL, database reporting, and Splunk validation alongside manual and automated testing to strengthen coverage and regression efficiency.
I also apply approved Copilot and AI tools to turn acceptance criteria into positive, negative, and Gherkin-style scenarios, refine defect documentation, and identify coverage gaps while maintaining human review and data protection. I mentor teammates in API testing, test design, and quality engineering practices.
