What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design intuitive digital experiences, simplify complex customer journeys, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and business outcomes.

At Sticitt, I design fintech experiences across mobile, web, and digital platforms, simplifying complex customer journeys from research through high-fidelity interfaces.

I use customer feedback, analytics, and usability insights to improve onboarding, information architecture, user flows, and product understanding. I also create UX copy, in-app messaging, and customer communications that support feature adoption.

I build scalable design systems and responsive websites in Webflow and WordPress, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support. I use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, documentation, and content creation.
